I was a nurse before I was any of this.
Twenty years in and out of hospital rooms taught me how to hold people at their most frightened. It also taught me how to disappear. How to swallow what I felt, stay useful, and keep everyone else comfortable while something in me quietly went quiet.
Leaving wasn't a plan. It was a reckoning.
What came next was years of my own shadow work. Not the pretty kind. The kind where you meet the parts of yourself you exiled to stay safe, and you bring them home one at a time. Somewhere in there, I stopped studying the medicine and became it.
Why this work
You were never meant to split yourself between who you are and who the world expects you to be. Not in life, and not in business.
