She told me I wouldn't live a long life. She told me not to have children. With a Type 1 diabetes diagnosis in hand, she handed me a future of fear — and sent me home to live inside it.
I believed it for a long time. It kept me small. It kept me hidden. It built a ceiling I couldn't see but could always feel.
Then I went on to have two children. One at thirty — an age the doctor had made feel like borrowed time. Both just fine. Both a living refusal of the story she handed me.
That doctor gave me something, though. She taught me — viscerally, in my body — what it feels like to have your power stripped by someone else's story. And she made me utterly committed to making sure no woman I work with ever stays inside a story that was never hers to begin with.
"I never want a woman to have her power stripped from her. To stay small because someone else's story had more authority than her own truth."
I loved the work of healing. I did not love what the system did to the healers. I watched nurses run themselves into the ground while patients became numbers. I watched the humanity get squeezed out of a profession that required it most. And I felt what it does to your spirit when the institution you're serving stops seeing you.
Then I had an experience that cracked everything open. A cyst on my ovary. Energy work done. It was gone. I couldn't unfeel what that meant — that the body holds more than medicine acknowledges, that healing runs deeper than protocol, that there was a whole territory of transformation being left untouched.
In 2014, I left. Not because I gave up on healing — but because I refused to do it the way that had stopped working. I left to do healthcare differently. To bring the depth back. To help women access what institutions never could.
I help women see their golden shadow — the brilliant, powerful parts of themselves they've been taught to hide — and then build a life and business that actually reflects who they are. Visibility isn't a strategy. It's an inside job. And it requires going somewhere most coaches won't take you.
The golden shadow holds your most magnetic, powerful, and authentic qualities — the ones you've been taught to suppress. Reclaiming them isn't just healing. It's the fastest path to genuine visibility.
The parts of you that stay small, stay hidden, or stay stuck aren't enemies. They're protectors. Understanding what they're protecting — and what they're ready to release — is where the real shift lives.
Your body knows what your mind is still arguing about. Somatic attunement and intuition development open the layer beneath the story — where the actual change happens and sticks.
What activates you in others is a direct map to your own disowned power. I use projection mapping to turn your relational triggers into a precision tool for reclaiming exactly what you've been taught to hide.
